Users agree not to utilize our translation engine for:

• Automated scrapers, DDoS attacks, or programmatic denial-of-service attempts.
• Translating illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempting to bypass rate limiting, token ceilings, or security firewalls.

4. Intellectual Property & User Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over any text, voice dictation, or documents you submit for translation. We claim no ownership, copyright, or licensing rights over your translated materials.

5. Disclaimer of Accuracy & Liability

While our multi-tier neural models achieve state-of-the-art fluency, machine translation should not be relied upon as a substitute for certified legal, medical, or life-critical human translations.
